De NDFF, nationale database flora en fauna, wordt gevuld door zowel private als publieke organisaties, en krijgt binnen de Omgevingswet een nieuwe status. Wij denken mee over het bijbehorende #opendata en #datagovernance beleid. Komende dagen kijk ik naar hoe de nieuwe verplichtingen en de nieuwe instrumenten uit de #datastrategie en #eudataspace impact hebben op de #NDFF

Vanmiddag een aantal provincies bijpraten over de Europese dataregelgeving waaronder #DGA data governance act, high value data #HVDL, waarvan de implementatietermijn de facto is begonnen. 25 v.d. 34 #INSPIRE thema's worden verplicht #opendata , plus een breed palet aan milieugegevens. Dat raakt ook de provincies als datahouder. Hoe landen de provincies in de #eudataspace ?
