Implications des étudiants

Membre de la délégation française présente au congrès annuel EDUCAUSE, nous proposons ici une catégorisation des dispositifs proposant l'implication des étudiants, selon (Astin A. W.,1998) : student involvement. Cette catégorisation permet de parcourir des retours d'expériences d'établissements du supérieur US, et témoigner de pratiques réelles de ces implications. Enfin, une proposition de transfert vers le système universitaire français est proposé.

I spoke about the world where we expect AI summaries to be correct and the dangers that brings at #EDU24 last week.

Adversarial responses to AI summaries make that even worse, and of course SEO will be pushing things up the AI summary ranks even more.

Sigh.

#edu24 Leading Change Through Uncertainty panel: Keeping a shared file (OneNote, etc) for one on ones with staff and with your supervisor is a great practical tool to keep track of discussion topics & decisions. I use this technique at work, and it’s really useful over the long term.

The first full conference day of #EDU24 is rolling along at full steam. Brene Brown's talk was excellent, and her thoughts on power over versus power with and power of will stick with me.

What's next? Well, on my side I get to talk about effective cybersecurity programs with Helen Patton at the EDUCAUSE Commons Cybersecurity Theater. For us that means talking about AI and engaging the audience in a fun conversation.
