Why are oncoming drivers flashing their lights at you in the daytime?

Unless it's changed since I last drove in Mexico . . . because you're driving with your lights on & they're trying to tell you to turn them off.

They don't (or at least didn't in the past) drive with their lights on in the daytime in Mexico.

I didn't recall that flashing or solid yellow light meant stop.

Just recall that a flashing green meant that a red was coming up & that I needed to hurry up to make it thru the intersection. LOL! 😉
