Would love it if you could create a hashtag for your daily morning posts so they wouldn't get lost in my feed here on Mastodon. Maybe something like #HelloFromUkraine

Hashtags are the best way to search for things here, so a #DogofWar hashtag would also be welcome

Thanks for all your work bringing stories that highlight the daily lives of people in the warzone to us via NPR, Mastodon (and previously Twitter) where I have followed your reporting regularly over the last year.

If you are trying to stay current on what’s going on in #Ukraine, journalist Tim Mak is back there again. His reports are always informative and give you a sense of how ordinary people are dealing with the war.

Read his threads to the end .. there’s usually a #DogOfWar. And Mak loves pho and seems to be able to find it everywhere he goes!

@timkmak it’s great to see you here and thanks for bringing #DogOfWar to mastodon! I wonder if we could get that hashtag going and have other people contribute theirs?
