ChipPretty pleased with the load times, too. These are full-screen images ranging between ~20 and 38KB each. I got okay results with the usual Floyd-Steinberg dithering in GIMP, but I remembered #Ditherinator exists and that gave me a lot more control and way better results. The ability to turn down the amount of dithering is really helpful for the tile-based compression, since it allows more solid white and black spaces.
