The Ideographic Research Group (IRG) is responsible for preparing and reviewing sets of CJK unified ideographs to be included in the Unicode Standard.

It has recently made available a useful list of so-called disunified CJK ideographs, coming with images of glyphs and IRG source references, which also provides links to documents giving the rationale behind each disunification:

Dear Friends of not USA, 🦞
As we may know, the DUSA (#disunified state of America), is just the noisiest box in the room. Not the only #voice.

For example:

- #Sparta Brittania is holding counsel
- Kenya is being invited to train astronauts for the new cutting edge International Space Station of Russia and China
- Music is #international, #integrated and entrancing or #liberating
- I and I, own the #Rastaverse, #fediverse and #Federation of Planets

In other words, 'This is Sparta' [in my best shouty/squeaky voice].

It is up to every #instance to provide a better perspective. For example, my #server/instance has only one idiot on it. Did you guess? Yes, it is me

Fortunately, no one else, except any #determined hackers with nothing better to do, are on it. Oh! And maybe my ISP.

It is taking me a long time to be a service #provider, rather than a #resource hog. For example, could not get into #distrowatch this morning, to try out the new ... 🐧
