@SheDrivesMobility #DistrictNursing und #DistrictMidwifery sind ohne oder mit ziemlich wenig Auto möglich.Wettereinflüsse sind marginal und das wichtigste Werkzeug ist zwischen den Ohren.
Das was wichtig ist,ist dass die Ressourcen allen Menschen in der Community gleichermaßen zur Verfügung stehen und das #Care wirklich Leitfaden ist.Dass Menschen in Kommunen wirklich dort ihre Talente und Arbeit auch den Kommunen widmen können

The temperature outside is barely above freezing & overnight it's lower still.

No matter if there's torrential rain, gale force winds, or it's cold enough to freeze the nuts off a brass monkey, NHS Community Nurses will visit patients to deliver exceptional care.

Not even COVID stopped them.

Yet their dedication is taken for granted &, like all NHS nurses, they are woefully underpaid.

It's time they received the pay & recognition they deserve.
