Apple has broken the "Disk Utility" with one of his last MacOS update.

Formatting disks is no longer possible.

Wehn I try, I get the error message "The calling process or user lacks the proper privileges to perform the operation".

When I grant full disk access to the Disk Utility, it won't come up any more, when an external disk is attached.
