The other day I stumbled across the song Contrast by Fo’xTails, was reminded that I love it, but couldn’t remember which anime it’s from.
I somehow thought of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds but I know it’s ending songs and that couldn’t be it, so I had to look it up.
I think the song just sounds kind of similar to Cross Game by Alice Nine (and ending theme of 5Ds), but it turns out that the connection in my head may also be story-wise since it’s also from a futuristic story where a new energy source plays a role that is not as nice and clean as people believe. And similar to 5Ds it made less and less sense as the story proceeded. I’m talking about Dimension W.

Dimension W (Измерение W)

Анимешный сериал 2016 года. Решил сделать перерыв, и посмотреть что-то старое.

Классический аниме- киберпанк. Плачущие девочки, нестриженные супергерои в шлёпанцах, "герои в масках", и прочее. На фоне высокотехнологичных роботов, киборгов, и вообще "других измерений".

Что-то типа "Дораемона", но нарисовано посовременнее, и про войну со злом. Понравится той же аудитории, 10-14 лет. Задротам-хикимори - в любом возрасте.

Рекомендую. Смешного мало, но героизма и экшина много. Живенько так, и позитивно. Соплей мало. IMDB: 6.90 - где-то так и есть, в районе семёрки. Группы поддержки из фанов нет, герои не из популярной игры - так что оценку не надули.

Киборго-крулху порадовал.
