I have had people tell me that when they put on their little clothes, or put on a diaper, or suck their pacifier: they get embarrassed and feel stupid for doing it.

Here are a few things to remember:
-Feelings of embarrassment are normal and natural. Feelings of shame are normal and natural. Such feelings can pass if you let them.
-You aren't stupid for wearing something that makes you happy.
-Focus on the parts that make you the happiest. Little children don't worry about the clothes they wear.
-You are far cuter in your little clothes than you think you are. Don't feel ashamed for sharing your pictures and never feel pressured into sharing them.
-Validation on the internet is shallow and meaningless, you don't need internet likes or follows to feel comfortable in your body. Likes and follows are fleeting.
-Use safe baby powder and make sure you clean yourself well between diaper changes. Rashes are no fun.
-Hair bows are not just for girls, and it doesn't matter how long your hair is.
-It doesn't matter if you can't paint your nails well, neither can 3 year olds.
-You are at your cutest when you hug a plushie, color a picture, or play with your legos. The best pictures of you are when you are at your littlest. :P
