For the Detective Conan vs the Black Organization Collection 7 weeks separated the first and 2nd batches. The next wait was longer i suspect because it was the sequel they wanted more confirmation of success of first.
So I predict the next part of the Rivals Collection will drop in the 3rd week of December.
