As a highschool graduate with a completed apprenticeship, but no experience, I feel like a NEET.
Every offer starts with "academic degree in field X or equivalent", sometimes followed with "or apprenticeship with 2+ years experience"
HR people complain that fresh college graduates don't have the practical training and nobody wants to be the one offering true entry-level jobs.

Meanwhile politics want to "give more value" to traditionally apprenticeship-style jobs by turning them into academic degrees, therefore adding to the problem.
