• There is no law requring sites to tag visitors.

• You ain't on a payment processors' site or online store where fraud prevention has a place to be.

• This also ain't like a bank where on top of fraud prevention, KYC & AML applies and they don't want skiddies to empty customer accounts with trivially stolen credentials.
