★☆☆☆☆ "looks like customer service and customer Centricity is the last thing on their mind. observed lot of arrogance at the gate. currently everyone needs to have prior appointment and that has to be routed to some software. significant reluctance to meet people face to face. if you haven't encountered high headness of reliance, you should consider visiting this hospital."
★☆☆☆☆ "Swanking 5 star facility with five star pricing...Totally clueless staff...Cleared patient for a surgery despite very high BP....which thankfully the surgeon took cognisance of and aborted...took 4 hours for patient to be administered medication for High BP, though they wanted to admit him to the ICU...Billing still pending..provisional bill for over 25k for a day admission with no surgery!!!!!!! since they have our advance deposit with them, do we have any choice.... On top of that no parking facility, so how does one drive to the hospital in case of an emergency, too???? A joke for a service industry that too in the healthcare sector....Compassion - does not figure in their dictionary... Name should be changed to "Sir Sorry Hospital""
★☆☆☆☆ "Nothing less than incompetence from Reliance once again. Staff makes commitments that they dont follow thru on. First Mr Abhishek from their insurance desk does not provide details he committed to. Then even after submitting paperwork required same is not processed under the pretense "few things are missing". After calling them 10 times over 4 days to try speak with a Diana Rodricks and asking her what kind of a show she was running she replies with "I dont like your tone". She made is sound as if she is not answerable for her actions. Upon asking her why she has not returned 6 calls in a span on 30 hours she has no reply. In other words it appears she not only lacks the professional conduct but is not proficient enough to understand what ethics and service is like. Then when asked her why she has not returned any calls over 4 days or provided an update she replies with "I am sorry but I have other patients that require more attention." So in other words they are busy not to attend to the well being of patients or answerable and accountable to the patient."
★☆☆☆☆ "With name of reliable comes forgery. I had to admit my mom for treatment and I submitted documents for cashless on 15march 18. The TPA did not send across my request to insurance company till evening. Next day query from insurance company was kept pending. The staff does not pick up call at all and every time you have to beg call centre to patch you up with TPA .Finally my rewrequ did not get aporoapp in time and I had to cancel my plan and relocate to other hospital. Very bad service and very poor management. No sense of patient urgency at all. Stay away from this hospital.. Another issue, they reported the CT scan report wrong and incomplete. This led to increase in tumour and caused severe problem. Very irresponsible doctor and staff"
