The pandemic brought isolation, financial hardship, and mental health struggles. In Northern Ireland, CAMHS referrals surged after lockdowns, highlighting long-term mental health impacts. Waiting lists reached record highs, affecting thousands.

Yet, resilience shone through. Communities came together, creating memorials and showing gratitude for frontline workers. Today, we honour their sacrifices and carry forward the spirit of unity they exemplified.
