So, the opening sequence of The War Within. It was a bit meh really. I think it really suffers if you’ve recently done The Purge of Dalaran as there’s too much similarity to the Horde version (rescue folk, escape through the sewers) and if you did the War Of Thorns Alliance side it has the same feeling of hopelessness and inevitability as The Burning of Teldrassil (glad I did it on my Druid rather than a Mage). There’s a huge side order of forcing the PC to be an idiot that I never appreciate. Then there’s the end. It isn’t so much that a *huge* lore character is killed, it is that it is done in such a perfunctionary way. Khadgar has been there since the start, he’s the de-facto Guardian of Tirisfal and probably the most powerful Human Mage in the game.

Back when I was still making #WorldOfWarcraft vids, #Dalaran was always a stunning place to visit in #Northrend. This one is only 85 seconds long but it's one that I'm particularly fond of not only because of the appropriate choice of music, but also of how my editing synced everything near-perfectly to my expectations #WoW #WrathOfTheLichKing #MMORPG
