TheBinderLabTogether with Lars Kaderali and Darius Schweinoch we even established a mathematical model capable of simulating signal propagation from incoming dsRNA via secreted IFN to the induction of ISG. Lastly, we also investigated the impact of #virus encoded antagonists (#HCV NS3/4A, #CSFV Npro, #DENV NS5, #SARSCoV2 ORF6) onto the dynamics of IFN induction.
