270h into Heroes of Hammerwatch, I finally got the hardest achievement: surviving 6 runs across all 3 dungeons on a perma-death character. Got it on the 7th try, the winning run took me almost 9 hours to complete.
This is now the 14th rarest achievement on my account. (apparently a not insignificant number of people got this achievement without doing the two harder dungeons, so those achievements are actually rarer, place 9 and 10 on my account - insane people)
