Supposedly a southern thing, I'm watching a recipe video for saltine crackers and she makes "Cracker Salad". Diced tomatoes, green onion, hard boiled egg, crushed crackers and mayonnaise. 1) Have you heard of it 2) Have you had it 3) Have you made it?
Sounds like it needs bacon... but doesn't everything get better with fried stomach lining? LOL
