I went into full flight & fight mode early hours this morning as I broke down and tried to back out of my eye surgery.

Being told by my partner ...
" I'll be with you all the way along this journey. Whatever happens we will face this together" ...
Is probably the most gentle way I've ever been told to calm down lol...and it worked I tell ya..
