Happy to report I received an update from the #CondeUnited union letting supporters know that the three of the fired four were reinstated, awarded financial settlements, and provided letters of recommendation with their disciplinary records expunged.
The fourth was ineligible because of the amount of time they had been with the company. CondeUnited will be addressing his case with the NLRB because they were unable to solve it in arbitration.
The suspended five were awarded with back pay for every day of illegal suspension and had their disciplinary records expunged.
