Good morning #CoffeeCrew. Ending with Jamaica Blue Mountain & entering into Fundamental’s Colombia Cattleya. From the website “have found this coffee to be very complex, with bright tropical fruit, stone fruit, floral, and chocolate notes. It has a juicy body and a lingering sweet finish.” Reading that last line, I think about the wine connoisseur in the movie Houseguest, after he’s finished describing the wine, Sinbad says, “sounds like you need a woman!” 🤣

Good morning #CoffeeCrew. I didn’t share my previous blend of Kitty Town Coffee, mostly bc I forgot but also bc it was the only blend so far that tasted generic, Papua New Guinea it was. This month brings us Tia’s Colombia with notes of berries and orange.

Good morning #CoffeeCrew. I recently learned about Black Ivory & Kopi Luwak. I was disappointed with Jamaica Blue Mountain & I wondered if my palate was sophisticated enough to enjoy the complexities of such coffee. The KL is just out of reach at $20 a cup but I’ll put it on my list. The BI is affordable & I’ll probably try it just for the sake of trying it.
