2-year-old boy’s drowning death in Katy retention pond determined to be accidental, authorities say

Harris County law enforcement officers found the boy in a retention pond after receiving a call Tuesday night about a missing child in the 23000 block of Balzano Court Road in Katy, a suburb west of Houston.
