Cate Taylor is an award winning, indie-folk / alt-country singer songwriter from Melbourne.

Cate’s music is described as rich, natural and grounded in heartfelt, spacious lyrics with a performance style that is authentic and engaging.

Her songs reflect social, personal and environmental themes moving between raw, stripped-back arrangements to fuller compositions.

Her debut album, Red Dirt features some of Melbourne’s finest musicians including David Bridie on piano, Nina Rose on vocal harmonies, John Beddgood on mandolin and fiddle and Nicola Bell on drums.

Currently Cate is working on her second album, and is performing in regional Australia and inner Melbourne venues.

She is also working on a number of collaborative projects with other songwriters and musicians.

Everything We Know is the second single to be released from her upcoming second album.
