The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) says it has officially introduced its ‘One- Stop- Shop (OSS)’ initiative aimed at reducing cargo clearance time to 48 hours. NCS’s spokesperson, Abdullahi Maiwada, made this known in a statement on Sunday in Abuja.
