Right. I'm going to be trying to make a VERY alcoholic Apple and Feijoa cake.
No idea if it's going to work, there's an awful lot of vodka soaked into these feijoa from last year's batch, and I've only got apple sauce, so it may be a very wet cake. Going to guesstimate adding some more flour to compensate. 🤷♂️
