I've been using IndentNav for a while to write Python. Recently I installed BrowserNav and now get way more positional info about HTML elements. It took some getting used to, but now the beeps and tones help me get an idea of the physical layout of a site or electron interface.
It's similar to IndentNav, but it has more rules and works with web browsers instead of being focused on code in a text editor. Positioning is one of the pieces of information that I forgot how much I miss from my sighted days. It's especially helpful with API reference docs that rely on positional encoding. Since there's more info in the browser, I only have beeps instead of precise indentation levels to get a general idea of the structure

I used to use the #BrowserNav #Addon for #NVDASr. Not sure why I stopped, but I remember having to unset the CTRL+j hotkey *every* time because it conflicted with accessing the browser downloads.

There was an update recently so I am re-trying it, only to find that the say line command is now replaced with a "No URL" error message.
I wish there was a better mechanism for developers to see what keys are in use. I know it's silly to expect everyone to be on a laptop layout and to regularly use the same keys I do. Just a shame there's no easy way of avoiding these conflicts.

Every time I set up a new #NVDA instance with the wonderful #Browsernav addon, I have to go in and take away a shortcut because CTRL+J is a standard hotkey for opening downloads in a browser.
That's todays tech frustration easily sorted!
@amir @NVAccess be nice if #BrowserNav added this to #NVDA as a Temporary solution. It would fold neatly into the bookmarking methodology, an extra "transformative" type of bookmark could be added.
