#Boeing should hire Lockheed to do the hard stuff. In turn, Lockheed will hire contractors who actually know how to get shit done. It isn't by cost-cutting, installing junk parts from a bin, or monitoring how many times workers pee. Spaceflight is more difficult than building 737's on the cheap at the direction of a cost-cutting, nontechnical, head-up-his-ass, parasitic airline techbro.
