ICE relies on a nationwide web of private companies, local law enforcement agencies, and elected officials to carry out its work. Boycott Citizens is committed to the principles of nonviolent action. This map is intended as a starting point for further research, not a list of organizations suggested for protest or boycott. Some of the companies included provide direct services to people in detention, serve oversight or compliance roles, or provided only incidental services. This map includes: • Organizations receiving funding from ICE from FY20 to the present. This data is pulled from USAspending.gov. It includes only one contract per company in most cases, but many of these companies have multiple contracts. For more information about any of the companies or their other contracts, click on the contract summary link and explore their USAspending.gov profiles. (Last update 1/24/26) • Companies with contracts for the Everglades detention camp and other state-run ICE facilities. This data is pulled from the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System. (Last update 11/17/25) • Known subcontractors or vendors. Some of this information comes from USAspending.gov. Some of this information is from reporting or is included for other reasons, which are noted in the descriptions. Public information on subcontractors is limited, so the map includes only a fraction of the companies in this category. (Updated periodically) • Recipients of prison PAC donations. One listing per state includes the candidates from that state who have accepted donations from GEO Group, CoreCivic, or MTC PACs from 2020 to 2025. This information is from FEC.gov. This doesn't include donations to Donald Trump or national committees.
