Walter BasilThis. This is my favorite meal. All home made. The bun, hot pickles, bbq beans, tater salad, pulled pork, and BBQ sauce. What’s especially sweet is the fact that I’m the only one that eats it. So when I spend the entire day smoking that pork shoulder, I get 20 individual bagged servings out of it that I freeze and enjoy throughout the year. Those beans get smoked at the same time as the butt, with last serving of previous shredded pork mixed in.
