I have returned home from #Boskone2024. I had a great time! I saw some familiar faces (masked) and met a lot of new people. My reading went well and I felt like I made good contributions at my panels — all of my panel-mates were fantastic. Everything went great today: My reading was well attended and I felt like I made substantive contributions on both the Speculative Evolution and the Romance in Speculative Fiction panels. The Boskone Book Festival was not quite as well attended as I might have hoped. But it seemed to be a general phenomenon — not just that I was overlooked somehow. And I got a good free IPA out of the deal. So, all in all, a fantastic day at the convention. #boskone2024
