OK, Iβm certainly not in the Beckham's league (#boomtish), but I do support anyone who has been in an abusive family situation in their decision to cut ties if thatβs what they need to do (as I have).
You actually donβt owe your biological/childhood family anything just because of familial ties.
If you had a loving family environment while growing up, youβre very lucky.
