Booking.com introduces new trip planner powered by ChatGPT technology. #TravelAssistance

Booking.com is launching an AI-powered trip planner on its US app, allowing users to chat with the AI to receive suggestions for destinations, accommodation, and travel-related questions. The AI leverages Booking.com's machine learning models and uses OpenAI's ChatGPT. Users can effortlessly book suggestions through the app and the AI can also generate daily itineraries. Booking.com CEO Glenn Fogel envisions AI being able to instantly fix travel plans in the event of cancellations and delays. Expedia has also launched a similar AI-powered trip planning service in its mobile app.
