While I think that Giulia and (the upcoming) Stephanie Vaquer's call up to the main roster is a bit early as both superstars could've definitely still cooked in NXT, I can see the point of bringing them up to shore up the main roster's women's ranks especially if a 2nd women's tag-team championship is in the works.

NXT still has a solid women's division and I can see them putting Jordynne Grace in a feud with Jacy Jayne and Fatal Influence for the NXT women's belt.

Nothing against Gunther, he's a great worker and main-event caliber, but a face as over as Jay Uso needs an equally despicable heel with nuclear heat. Gunther is still "slightly" likable.

So what can WWE do? I'm thinking they can turn Cody heel prior to Mania and we can get "Homelander" Cody vs Jay. If executed perfectly, a Cody heel turn would generate massive heat and there were already some hints in Cody's match vs KO.
