Everyone I know is going to BlueSky. Even people who were never on Twitter, like my gf, is now frolicking on BlueSky. People like Paul Krugman are touting it.

It's gaining critical mass. Will the cryptobros and other funders enshittify it within a few years, while Mastodon continues to be a refuge from oligarchic destruction? Yes. But for a little while it's probably going to be cool, because the first step in enshittification is making a cool thing.
