It jiggled about feebly, wouldn’t power up completely, moved back and forth in a disconsolate way never making much progress, then stopped in dejection with an error noise. Finally I realized I’d forgotten to turn on the light for it and it’s evening. Poor dear. Anyone have the Anker Soundcore K20I airpod style buds? The starting directions say:
1. "Peel off the protective film on the earbuds."
Does each bud have some kind of film/tape on them? I see nothing like that holding them together in the case, they are each in their own magnetic compartment. I see something near the stems that could possibly come off and the speaker holes on the front of the buds appear to be covered but I'm honestly not sure. Won't get a sighted person until tomorrow so these are a brick for now. #BlindProblems

🇨🇦Samuel Proulx🇨🇦I am the worst cook ever. I decided to make myself some lamb tonight. I wasn't really paying attention when I unwrapped it, and I assumed it was one big piece. I put it in a pot and sautéed one piece perfectly! But turns out it was two pieces just kind of stuck together a bit; I burnt the hell out of one side of the other piece. Not knowing it was there, I just never really flipped it over. Gonna eat it anyway, of course #blind #BlindProblems

God dam it I can sell my current wind controller for quite a good price but I don't have anyone to help me get good pictures! My wife is blind, my mother in law can't really take good photos, so I am utterly screwed! #BlindProblems
Especially on Sundays my timeline is rich with images, richly described by good folk who write great alt text. Before alt text I couldn't have imagined this, but it seems I have a threshold, after which my brain is too tired to properly parse even the best alt text.
