Ich hatte ein ganz wunderbares Biodanza Ausbildungswochenende zum Thema Affektivität in Zierenberg bei Kassel. Das bewegt nach wie vor noch ganz viel auf der Herzebene.
Im letzten Jahr hatte ich mir zu Beginn das Thema Authentizität vorgenommen ... Affektivität könnte es dieses Jahr werden. Danach fühlt es sich sehr an! 😍
