The solar companies would be in even worse trouble, but they also tricked all their victims into signing #BindingArbitrationWaivers that deny them the power to sue and force them to have their grievances heard by fake judges who are paid by the solar companies to decide whether the solar companies have done anything wrong. You will not be surprised to learn that the arbitrators are reluctant to find against their paymasters.
