Love watching this guy carefully undoing ham-handed painting work of people who didn't know what they are doing while I am carefully undoing ham-handed coding work of people who didn't know what they were doing.
It is nerve-wracking every time this guy drops rusty staples on the surface he is about to lay a painting face down on. Eventually, he will miss one when brushing them aside and damage the artwork.

This seems like a great opportunity to adopt a #PokaYoke practice of altering a process so it does not require manual perfection, such as always having a container at hand to place every old fastener into.
