No water, no heating: a tower froze in the #Chelyabinsk region

In the village of #Bolshoye #Balandino, a water tower was built only a year ago, but, like everything “analogue”, it did not last long. Because of this, in the frost, houses, a school and a kindergarten were left without water and heating.

The locals simply can not take a shower or cook food.
