Presenters introduced the three BRCs (BV-BRC, PDN and BRC-Analytics) in a tight 30 minutes.
We are pleased to announce a new release of https://BRC-Analytics.org (v0.16.0). This release updates the number of included organisms to 1400+ and a nearly 2000 assemblies (adding many bacteria and helminths), and some significant improvements to searching ENA and the workflow config UI.
