Just getting back to Central Illinois from #bfest/BeepFest. All the post show activities left me not feeling too urgent to post “Curse of the Demon” opinions. I for one think Columbia made the right edits, but I don’t think we needed the demon they added on the box art…or the 1sr scene’s conclusion.

“Heavy Metal Parking Lot”’was a short thrown on to assure #bfest would be 24 hours long. It reminds me why I skipped the pregames for metal concerts.
If only Hark Tsui knew how to direct, “Double Team” would be a top five #jcvd #movies. At least it was from a time when CGI F/X could only be used for exploding tigers. But I’d take “Black Mask 2” over Rob Schneider.

“The Transformers: The Movie” is fun to wake up to at #bfest. Adult rewatch number three really allowed me to appreciate how much of an #anime. Still think the ball was dropped not casting #roddypiper as Hot Rod.
