2022 was not a very productive year for me, but, in the light of a lot of talk about the Doctor Who centenary special, I enjoyed imagining what Doctor Who might have looked like in 1922, starring Eille Norwood (who, entirely coincidentally, was making a series of Sherlock Holmes films at the time).
Sadly, the BBC did not make the programme, on the flimsy grounds that TV did not yet exist.
