Yes, even though it looks like it's from 1997, it's from 2011 and that is intentional. It's easy to get into, not demanding, has good writing / story and a relaxed single-player focus, so if you want to be left alone and enjoy a game without being a part of some online hype machine (*cugh*Bethesda*cough*) then this is where you'll want to be.
