A couple of months ago the farm (sisters joint) was bustling with activity centred around cropping (and spring lambs), until the rains came.
Much of their crops were ruined or downgraded at best. They’ll harvest but much will be used for stock feed or be dug into the ground for next year.
The ups and downs of farm life is difficult for any city person to comprehend sometimes. For me, yes.
Most #Australianfarmers are resilient as anything. They dust themselves off and go again next year. #extraordinary.
