IFR (she/her)#Day91 of #100HappyDays / #365HappyDays : Had a conversation with #mum today about a sensitive topic that I’d been dreading raising, and it went okay. So that was a #relief. But my reason to be #happy today is that I’ve been nagging her to apply for #AttendanceAllowance and she eventually very reluctantly applied. She’s not only got it, but had £700 backpay land in her account #today. To her, that’s like a lottery win. My reason to be happy is seeing her so happy. 🙂

...so it looks like #DLA #PIP and #AttendanceAllowance are going to be 'means tested' (place ya bets)
...enabling a crooked Govt to say "we have reduced the state" when all they will have done is award a huge publicly funded contract (to deliver a means test) via a VIP lane to a buddy consultancy!
