#TalesFromTheBikeRide First time back out since my big #asthma attack. Took it easy and kept it to 11K but I'm happy I went out and did it. Was def on shaky legs and questionable stability by the time I was done but it's in the log book anyway. With a revised #AsthmaMedication and control plan things are improving.
