Here's my prediction, I think elder scrolls 6 will release next year, as I think that the Oblivion remaster was released now to build up hype for elder scrolls 6 by creating a revived interest in the elder scrolls series.

think about it, the Oblivion remaster represents the first single player non mobile elder scrolls game released since Skyrim, so in a way it kind of represents the series going back to its roots of open world single player RPGs, in that way gives a hint of what the elder scrolls 6 will be like

I'm really happy they made a remaster of Oblivion, since I'm actually really nostalgic for Oblivion since it was my first Elder Scrolls game, and I am going to be honest, from my memory I kind of prefer the main quest of Oblivion to Skyrim, since it felt bigger and grander

The only reason why I have not come back to it is because I didn't like the way the argonians looked in Oblivion, but in this remastered version the argonians look amazing.

and now I can fully enjoy the game, I'm really happy they redesigned the argonians in Oblivion to make them look more like the way they do in Skyrim
