Heute war ich in Ueno im Tōshō-gū Schein. Heute war es schön warm und sonnig. Nach einen kleinen Spaziergang im Park, bin ich noch zu Ameyoko gegangen und habe dort auch etwas gegessen. Eine leckere Reisbowl mit Thunfisch. Leider konnte ich nicht so viel unternehmen, da ich gerade Probleme mit meinem Knie habe. Es ist geschwollen und schmerzt.

Heute ist das Wetter etwas schlechter gewesen, es war aber zum Glück trocken. Ich war also im Nationalmuseum für westliche Kunst in Ueno. Anschließend bin noch ich noch durch Ameyokocho gegangen und habe dort eine Schüssel mit Tunfisch gegessen.
Heute hatte ich weniger Schmerzen in den Füßen als noch gestern, aber ich hatte gleich heute Morgen eine Ibuprofen genommen. Das scheint geholfen zu haben.
