A #Quebec #SuperiorCourt judge has found #AdeleSorella not guilty of killing her two daughters, Amanda, 9, and Sabrina, 8 in 2009.
Superior Court Judge #MyriamLachance delivered the decision on Monday. It was Sorella's third trial. The #Laval resident had previously been convicted of first-degree murder in 2013 and then of second-degree murder in 2019, both times by juries.

When Amanda and Sabrina Sorella were found dead in the family home in March 2009, it was the start of a long, strange story. Their father was on the run, wanted for involvement in organized crime. Their mother was barely coping alone, had attempted suicide and said she has no memory of the day the girls died.
